Referral Fee
VSS Team recognizes that Employees can contribute to the growth of the company.

If any Employee provides VSS Team with referral for additional business opportunity there is a onetime fee depending on size of opportunity. In order to qualify, this referral must be sent in writing and must be a lead which has not yet already been identified by VSS Team.
Future Employee Referral Fee
VSS Team is always on the look for new Employees who have exceptional caliber and can bring fresh ideas into our company . We encourage our Employees to refer qualified candidates who bring diverse talents to our diverse team. An Employee can refer a friend by forwarding his/her resume with recommendation on friend's strength and how long has the Employee known him/her etc.
A Referral fee of $1,000 is paid for each such friend referred with the following conditions (a) Friend is recruited as a direct result of referral and recommendation and (b) Friend completes six (6) months of VSS employment.
Referral Payments
All referral payments to Employee are treated as taxable compensation. The Employee must be currently employed with VSS Team in order to receive eligible referral fee.
